Lanier Dock Watch was built originally as a dock maintenance company offering dock service contracts at low prices to dock owners. Our contracts provide a hands free dock program to the owner. We make Bi-weekly inspections of your dock to insure the dock is secure and set in the best possible position according to Lake Levels and shoreline situations. Contracts include up to 3 dock moves a month and all anchoring devices are strictly maintained each visit. We are up to date on computer technology and can provide updated e-mails with pictures of your dock and any work performed.
