DJ Khaled’s enjoys waterfront living. He finally sold his luxurious mansion to a Florida-based tech mogul for an undisclosed amount (the most recent asking price was $5.99 million), the New York Post reports. Situated on a half-acre lot on Island Estates, a private island in a gated community by Sunny Isles and Aventura, in North Miami area.
Khaled originally bought the Mediterranean-style five bedrooms and seven bathrooms home (with an elevator) for $3.84 million in 2015. The back of the home faces Biscayne Bay, has a pool, hot tub, fire pit, bamboo grove, and 50-foot boat dock standing between the house and the water. Khaled now resides in a different Miami Beach waterfront mansion designed by Cesar Molina, which he bought in 2018 for $25.9 million.

From Aventura waterfront to Miami Beach waterfront

But DJ Khaled picked up a $25.9 million Miami Beach estate that was previously owned by Michael Lerner, the marketer and childproofing product maker who popularized the famous yellow “Baby on Board” signs. The 12,750-square-foot home has five bedrooms in the main house (an additional four in the guest house), an elevator, a safe room, a two-level gazebo, a home theater, an outdoor shower, and a fireplace. Along with the guesthouse, the limestone estate also has an 80-foot-long swimming pool, and 10.5 bathrooms in total.
