Gisele Bündchen Net Worth After the Divorce and the new houses in Miami

The modest cottage house Gisele Bündchen bought earlier this year will ultimately serve only as her private office space or possible staff quarters. The supermodel splurged on a stunning five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot home that has a nearly direct view of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback’s under-construction mansion with a dock on Indian Creek Island.

As first reported by Page Six, the Brazilian supermodel has now forked over $11.5 million for a contemporary residence just a short jaunt via boat across the waterway from Tom Brady’s unfinished $27 million Miami Beach megamansion, in the exclusive Indian Creek Country Club community known as “Billionaire Bunker.”

Proving their troubled marriage was already doomed, Bündchen first viewed the mansion on Aug. 16, days before Brady’s shocking 11-day break from the NFL — which was said to be a last-ditch attempt to save their relationship. She closed on the property on Oct. 6.

Records reveal Bündchen does not have a mortgage on the property.

Overall, her 18,400-square-foot waterfront property also includes an outdoor pool, home theater, office, gym, playroom, and an eat-in kitchen that goes out to the patio. She first saw the plot on Aug. 16, prior to Brady’s 11-day break from the NFL, before news surfaced that the pair had separated, and weeks before both retained divorce lawyers. She closed on the $11.5 million home on Oct. 6.

TMZ also shared that sources connected with the former couple said Brady was aware of his ex-wife’s plans of purchasing the property, in hopes to make co-parenting their two children easier. (They share 12-year-old Benjamin and nine-year-old Vivian.) Bündchen’s new estate is tucked away on a private cul-de-sac, giving the Brazil-native privacy for herself and her children.

Brady and Bündchen purchased the Indian Creek Island land for $17 million in 2020. They subsequently tore down the existing home and began building their own, eco-friendly dwelling, which is still under construction.

Gisele Bundchen divorce and the shared joint custody of their kids

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen had “an ironclad prenup” that allowed their divorce to be settled swiftly, according to sources.

A source said, “There was an ironclad prenup set down before they married in 2009. They both have their own separate business entities, so the separation of their wealth wasn’t that complicated in the end. The only other major factor was dividing up their massive property portfolio.”

Meanwhile, Bündchen, 42, will also retain their home on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, where she regularly vacations with the kids.

Their massive property portfolio also includes a home in the Bahamas, another at the exclusive Yellowstone Club in Montana, and a New York City apartment, where Bündchen had been staying amid their split.

After months living apart, last week, Brady and Bündchen — who wed in February 2009 in a private ceremony in Santa Monica — confirmed they were divorcing after 13 years of marriage.

The supermodel filed for divorce in Glades County, Fla., on Friday, and the dissolution of their marriage was immediately finalized. Brady did not contest the filing.

Gisele Bündchen Networth in 2022 after the divorce

Gisele Bündchen is a Brazilian supermodel who has a net worth of $400 million. That fortune is separate and independent from her former husband Tom Brady’s $250 million fortune. When they were married Bundchen-Bradys had a combined net worth $650 million. How is Gisele so much richer than Tom? Consider this: In his first 20 years in the NFL, between 2000 and 2020, Tom Brady earned $330 million between salary and endorsements. In the same time period, Gisele earned over $500 million.

According to sources, Gisele is worth more money than Tom Brady.

Gisele Bündchen has been a household name for years, and that’s a status she worked really hard to achieve. Not only did she curate a super successful modeling career for over a decade, but she continued to build her empire with a lot of heart, hard work, hustle, and, of course, super lucrative endorsement deals. And, together with her (soon-to-be ex) husband and football star Tom Brady, the two have built up an empire of wealth together.

It’s still unclear if the two are dating or when the friendship may have turned romantic, however, Bündchen has trained with Valente and his brother, Pedro Valente and Giu Valente, who run a self-defense jiu-jitsu school in Aventura, for quite some time now.

In fact, she shared a video of herself exhibiting many different jiu-jitsu moves on Instagram in February, writing, “I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better. I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practicing self-defense. I feel it’s an important skill for all, but specially for us women.”

Gisele’s allegedly new boyfriend owns Valent Jiu Jitsu and was seen together with the supermodel in Costa Rica.
